The Department of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) provides support to the Marine Institute’s community in the areas of classroom technologies, audio visual capabilities, and information technology and management.
The ICT Help Desk serves as our point of contact for all operational issues and general queries.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions and in the interest of the health and safety of staff, personal visits to the ICT Help Desk area is by appointment only. As necessary, ICT staff will schedule client appointments at a mutually convenient time.
If you have a service request or general inquire for ICT, please contact us and a ICT work order will be automatically created for follow-up.
The Marine Institute faculty and staff can review and update their open service requests with ICT by visiting our Help Desk Portal.
Please note: You need to be connected to the MI network at one of our Campuses either wirelessly or wired or connected remotely via our Virtual Private Network (VPN) to access our Portal.
